I offer a variety of workouts including low-impact cardio, strength training, yoga and pilates as well as intermediate/advanced workouts and I teach workouts from the chair, all tailored specifically for the needs of menopausal women.
How often will I receive new workouts?
New workouts are delivered to you weekly. Depending on the workout, there will be 3 or 4 workouts per week ensuring you always have fresh and engaging routines to follow.
Are the workouts suitable for beginners?
You betcha. Yes, our workouts are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications available for beginners as well as seated and standing options.
What equipment do I need?
Most workouts require minimal equipment, such as a mat, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Detailed equipment lists are provided with each workout.
Can I do these workouts at home?
Absolutely! All our workouts are designed to be done at home, with easy to follow instructions and videos.
How with the workouts help with menopausal symptoms?
