Easy Smashed Potatoes

  • potatoes of your choice
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • chives
  • baking sheet
  • medium sized pot
  • parmesan


Boil potatos until you can pierce with a fork. Drain. Place on a baking sheet and smash them with a potato smasher. Drizzle olive oil, garlic & parmesan onto them. Bake @ 425˚ for 25 minutes or until the crust forms on top of potatoes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chives.
